These terms of use apply to the use of the digital platform of Tharsos LLC, Fellnerstraße 12, as well as all associated consulting services, strategy analyses, and innovation workshops. The subject of the contract is the provision of information, methods, and tools for business development, as well as the execution of consulting projects by individual agreement.

The user undertakes to provide truthful information when registering and using the platform. Passing on access data to third parties is prohibited. The user is liable for all actions carried out under their account. It is not permitted to distribute content that violates applicable law or infringes the rights of third parties.

Tharsos LLC provides consulting services based on the current methodology and expertise. The platform is operated with 99% availability, excluding maintenance windows and technical disruptions beyond our control. Specific project results are documented in writing on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed in general.

Tharsos LLC is fully liable for intent and gross negligence, as well as for the breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal duties). Otherwise, liability is limited to compensation for foreseeable, typical damage. Liability for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

All content, analyses, methods, and materials provided on the platform are protected by copyright. The user receives a simple, non-transferable right of use for their own internal purposes. Reproduction, distribution, or making publicly available requires prior written consent from Tharsos LLC.

The usage contract for the platform is for an indefinite period and can be terminated by either party with 14 days' notice to the end of the month. Project-related contracts end upon completion of the agreed service period. In the event of a breach of essential obligations, Tharsos LLC is entitled to terminate the contract without notice.

The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with our privacy policy. All business information transmitted in the context of consulting is treated confidentially and used exclusively for the agreed purpose. Disclosure to third parties only occurs with the user's express consent or on a legal basis.

Tharsos LLC reserves the right to adjust these terms of use as needed. Material changes will be communicated to the user by email at least four weeks before they take effect. If the user does not object within two weeks of receiving the notification, the amended terms are deemed accepted.

The laws of the Republic of Austria apply. Place of performance and jurisdiction is the registered office of Tharsos LLC at Fellnerstraße 12.
